We are seeking a Social Media Community Management Intern to join our marketing team and help grow our online presence across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube. This internship is ideal for someone looking to launch a career in social media marketing. Community management will be your primary focus, with opportunities to expand into content creation, influencer marketing, analytics, and campaign strategy as you grow within the role.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to comments and direct messages across all social media platforms.
- Engage with online communities while maintaining the firm's brand voice.
- Identify customer service issues and escalate them when appropriate.
- Monitor social conversations, trends, and opportunities for engagement.
- Assist with content scheduling and publishing.
As you demonstrate success, additional responsibilities may include:
- Content creation and video production.
- Influencer outreach and campaign support.
- Social media reporting and performance analytics.
- Trend research and content ideation.
- Event and podcast support.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Passion for social media and digital marketing.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable learning new platforms and social media tools.
- Experience with Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
