IKOR of Western Pennsylvania Part Time Internship | Hybrid or Remote | Flexible Schedule Help Us Make a Difference IKOR of Western Pennsylvania supports older adults, individuals with disability, and children with special needs through advocacy, care coordination, life management, and professional support services. We help clients and families navigate complex medical, legal, financial, and social systems while promoting safety, dignity, independence, and quality of life. We are seeking a creative, technologically savvy intern who is excited about marketing, multimedia, artificial intelligence, and digital innovation.
This position offers hands-on experience working directly with leadership to expand our digital presence, create compelling content, and leverage emerging technologies to support organizational growth.
What You'll Do Marketing and Communications Create and schedule social media content Develop graphics, infographics, and promotional materials Assist with newsletters, blogs, and email marketing campaigns Support community outreach and awareness initiatives Monitor engagement metrics and recommend improvements Multimedia Content Creation Create and edit short form videos for social media platforms Develop AI generated video content Produce educational and promotional content Assist with podcast production and editing Create presentations and visual storytelling materials Artificial Intelligence and Technology Projects Utilize AI tools to support content creation and marketing Research and evaluate emerging technologies Assist with workflow automation projects Help improve internal communication and productivity systems Support technology implementation initiatives Website and Digital Presence Update website content Assist with search engine optimization (SEO) Manage digital assets and online resources Support online education and outreach efforts
Required Qualifications Current college student, recent graduate, or equivalent experience Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects Creativity and willingness to learn new technologies Strong problem solving skills Preferred Technical

We are looking for someone who can take initiative, think strategically, and help our organization grow its impact through innovative digital solutions.
Experience creating content using HeyGen, ElevenLabs, Canva, CapCut, ChatGPT, Descript, and LinkedIn is highly desirable.
