Role Kaizo Health is seeking a Marketing & Outreach Intern to support referral development with medical practices and personal injury law firms. This is a field-based internship designed for students or recent graduates seeking hands-on experience in healthcare marketing, business development, and professional outreach. Position Overview Paid at minimum wage , with performance-based bonus opportunities 5–10 hours per week In-field, face-to-face outreach to medical offices and personal injury law firms.
We have multiple positions that would conduct the outreach near Landover, MD, Rockville, MD, and/or Fort Washington, MD.
Responsibilities Conduct in-person outreach to medical offices and law firms within the service area Deliver informational materials, clinical research, and referral resources Build professional relationships with office staff, physicians, and attorneys Research and identify high-potential referral partners (orthopedists, PCPs, personal injury attorneys) Track outreach activity and referral trends to support marketing analysis
Qualifications Comfortable initiating conversations in professional office settings Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills Professional, reliable, and able to represent the brand independently Interest in healthcare, marketing, business development, or law Current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Business, Health Administration, Kinesiology, Pre-Law, or a related field Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (mileage reimbursement provided) What You’ll Gain Direct exposure and ability to build relationships with healthcare and legal referral networks Practical experience in relationship-based marketing and field outreach Insight into healthcare–legal collaboration and patient referral pathways Resume-building experience with measurable real-world impact Fraud Alert: Kaizo Health will never conduct interviews exclusively by text message or request banking information or Social Security numbers before a formal offer is extended.
