Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough patient assessments, including physical examinations and medical history reviews, to establish accurate diagnoses.
  • Utilize advanced medical imaging, laboratory results, and diagnostic tools such as EHR (Electronic Health Record) systems to inform clinical decisions.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans across specialties including internal medicine, cardiology, neurology, pediatrics, family medicine, and more.
  • Collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals such as nurses, specialists, radiologists, and allied health staff to coordinate patient care.
  • Manage acute and chronic conditions by applying evidence-based practices in areas like emergency medicine, anesthesiology, oncology, and perioperative care.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain meticulous medical records for all patient interactions.
  • Participate in clinical research initiatives and continuous professional development to stay current with medical advancements and best practices.

Experience

  • Post-residency experience in a clinical setting with demonstrated proficiency in inpatient and outpatient care.
  • Extensive knowledge of healthcare diagnosis procedures across multiple specialties including gastroenterology, dermatology, pulmonology, endocrinology, rheumatology, immunology, and others.
  • Hands-on experience with EMR/EHR systems such as Epic or similar platforms for documentation and patient management.
  • Proven ability to perform complex procedures such as suturing, catheterization, airway management, radiology interpretation (CT scans), and basic life support techniques.
  • Experience working within hospital environments or Level I/II trauma centers is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with diagnostic radiology tools like ultrasound or nuclear medicine is advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of medical terminology, CPT coding for billing purposes, and infection control protocols.
