Responsibilities:
- Works closely with Revenue Cycle Manager and Billing Manager to effectively complete tasks, assignments, and special projects in a timely manner
- Work expiring prior authorization and certificate of medical necessity reports to obtain renewal documents
- Assist in obtaining prior authorizations
- Monitor and Upload documentation on the Synapse portal
- Effectively place documentation in patient electronic medical record
- Assist with revenue holding report
- Special projects as assigned
- Participates in traditional and e-learning programs
- Works effectively with other company employees, managers and departments
- Performs all job functions with Company Mission, Vision and Goal Statements in mind
Hours:
Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm
