Description
Bodhi Counseling Services is seeking multiple motivated and compassionate Mental Health Counseling Interns to join our growing clinical team in NH starting in 2027. This position provides hands-on experience in a supportive private practice setting while working toward licensure in New Hampshire. Under the supervision of a New Hampshire-licensed provider, interns will gain experience providing therapy to individuals presenting with anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other mental health concerns.
Responsibilities
- Conduct intake interviews and assist with psychosocial assessments
- Provide individual therapy under clinical supervision
- Participate in case consultation and treatment planning
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation in our EMR system

We are currently accepting multiple interns for upcoming practicum and internship placements. Qualified candidates are encouraged to apply early, as positions are filled on a rolling basis.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in an accredited Master's program in Clinical Mental Health Counseling or Clinical Social Work
- Eligible for practicum/internship placement per university requirements
- Intending to pursue licensure in New Hampshire (LCMHC or LICSW track)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Cultural competence, including sensitivity to gender-related issues
- Commitment to ethical and client-centered care
