POSITION SUMMARY
The year-round Intern program is designed for people who are deeply committed to Jesus Christ and desire to intern at camps to help create and provide an environment where staff, volunteers, and guests of Miracle Ranch can experience Christ. We believe this will be a life-changing experience where each intern will grow spiritually, personally, relationally, and professionally and will come away more energized and prepared for a lifetime of service. Interns will be part of the camp community and expected to be regularly involved in community activities.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Program – hosting guest groups, facilitating activities, summers staff recruiting, program planning, sound and video operation.
- Maintenance – general repairs, landscaping, vehicle operation and maintenance.
- Housekeeping – cabin turnover, laundry, general cleaning.
- Kitchen – food prep, inventory, meal service.
- Horsemanship – Horse weekends, trail rides, feeding and cleaning of animals and other horse events.
- Marketing – Events marketing, development of promo material, phone calls, etc.
