About the Role
Assist the Creative Team with content production for both video and non-video content, including illustration banking and asset creation. This role is under the Content department and reports to the Content Creative Associate Manager.
Responsibilities
- Identify, optimize, and organize visual assets for the Content Illustration Bank.
- Create illustrations for characters, objects, and backgrounds for video and non-video lessons.
- Adapt vector illustrations to reflect a relatable Filipino setting.
- Assist with routine production tasks — storyboard transcripts, link generation, and video backups.
- Edit and animate video lessons; support quality assurance and storyboard reviews.
- Help produce presentation decks, templates, and monitoring reports.
- Stay flexible, committed, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
Minimum Requirements
- Currently pursuing a college degree in Multimedia Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
- A growth mindset, strong work ethic, and ability to follow instructions closely.
- Familiarity with Adobe Premiere, After Effects, and Google Workspace is a plus.
- Must own a personal computer or laptop with the necessary softwares required to perform daily tasks.

Employment Details
Job Type: Internship (On-the-Job Training)
Work Location: Remote
