Job Description
Neonatal Nurse Practitioner Trainee – NICU team
Responsibilities
- Function as a learner in a supportive role within the neonatology setting
- Work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team, demonstrating excellent written and verbal communication
- Participate in mentored clinical practice experiences in the neonatology setting
- Progress from learner status to credentialed member of the Interdisciplinary team within nine months
Qualifications
- Graduate of a neonatal nurse practitioner program
- Attain national certification as a neonatal nurse practitioner within six months of start date
- Obtain Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner Licensure and DEA in the state(s) of practice (DE CSR & DE DEA)
