- Transform complex data sets into meaningful and insightful visual representations.
- Assisting in compiling data submission for HRDC Fund
- Assisting in Training administration
- Assist in the digitalization of training related reports, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with Company standards.
- Implement solutions for tracking findings, monitoring Training Plan, and managing action plans arising from department manager requests.
- Coordinate new hire orientation and induction activities.
- Assist in planning and organizing department and/or employee engagement activities.
- Assist in daily administration related to P&C department

Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent - Sound computer skills including MS Office suite - capability to digitalize process using some apps - Knowledge in HRD function and requirement
