Office Operations Intern (1099, Entry Level)

We are seeking a dependable and adaptable intern (10–12 hours per week) to work in our Grand Prairie warehouse to fulfill purchases, support order management processes, inventory forecasting, and logistics coordination. This role requires availability Wednesday–Friday from 9:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m. This position reports to the Director of Operations.

Responsibilities

This role is responsible for organizing and managing inventory, handling shipping logistics and investigations, checking the PO box regularly for payment and deposits, and ensuring efficient fulfillment operations. With a focus on accuracy, problem-solving, and process improvement, this position plays a key role in maintaining operational efficiency and delivering excellent service.

  • Other duties as assigned by Operations Team as needed.
