The National Community Reinvestment Coalition (NCRC) is a network of more than 600 community-based organizations dedicated to creating opportunities for all Americans to build wealth and live well. Founded in 1990 and headquartered in Washington, DC, NCRC works with community leaders, policymakers, and financial institutions to champion fairness in banking, housing, and business.

Role

NCRC is seeking a motivated and mission-aligned People & Culture / Operations Intern to support day-to-day Human Resources operations and several high-impact special projects. This is a hands-on opportunity for a student passionate about people operations, organizational effectiveness, and the nonprofit sector.

What You'll Gain

Work Environment & Schedule This position is based at NCRC's Washington, DC headquarters (740 15th St NW, Suite 400) in a hybrid environment. In-office days are Tuesday and Thursday; Monday and Friday are remote. Interns work up to 30 hours per week. NCRC will accommodate academic schedules and exam periods.
