Bommarito Performance Systems provides industry‑leading services, information, and destination location facilities for athletes and fitness enthusiasts, and those in need of medical and/or rehabilitative care at all levels and ages. This multidisciplinary approach combines top specialists in sports performance, general fitness, nutrition, and medical fields, and delivers a scientifically based information system to all professionals in the industry. Bommarito Performance Systems is currently accepting resumes for our Performance Coach internship at our North Miami & Davie locations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training sessions to youth, high‑school, and team clients.
• Plan and deliver semi‑private and private sessions that engage athletes and help them move toward their desired goals.
• Assist with multiple business and training‑specific operational functions.
• Complete all mandatory ongoing training education sessions.
• Attend weekly, monthly, and quarterly staff development meetings and workshops.

Availability

Schedule and weekly hours depend on facility workflow. Must be available to work until 9:00 pm or closing, and some weekends. Maintain high standards of business ethics.

Qualifications

• Must have or be working toward a nationally accredited training certification.
• Must have or be working toward a bachelor's degree.
• Ability to project energy and motivate others.
• High school or college athlete preferred.
• Must be physically fit and able to perform athletic movements.
• Must enjoy working with children individually and in groups.
• Professional image and rapport‑building skills required.
• Strong time‑management and organizational skills.
• Aggressive pursuit of business and personal advancement.
• Motivated toward continued personal development.

Paid Internship Eligibility

• Prior experience in a Sports Performance setting is required.
• Willingness to perform Facility Management and basic social media marketing tasks.

Job Location

North Miami and Davie, Florida.
