Job Summary
As a key staff member, you are responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, developing, and supporting practice-aligned treatment plans for patients. Support outstanding patient care at all phases including office visits, pre-surgery, operating room, and post-operatively. You collaborate with team members to ensure that patient care meets the values of the practice and requirements of the hospital.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Performs physical exams.
- Diagnose and treat illnesses.
- Order and interpret lab tests.
- Support surgical booking process.
- Manage OR preparation including coordination of equipment.
- First assist in OR cases.
- Conduct peer-to-peer interviews as required.
- Complete new patient assessments.
- Perform independent patient injections for certain cases.
- Prescribe medications and educate patients.
- Manage post-operative treatment.
- Monitor and manage hospital inpatients.
- Collaborates with staff to support surgeon and patient needs.
- Participates in staff meetings as required.
- Additional responsibilities and duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Master's Degree Physician's Assistant or Related Field
- Certification by Appropriate Board
