Pool Manager
Our Pool Managers lead the other Lifeguards at the pool and make sure the pool is running smoothly, from scheduling to managing the lifeguards' performance. Communication, problem solving and customer service skills are required. This is a great resume builder for someone who already has Lifeguarding experience.

- Start as early as May and work through end of summer

Requirements
- Previous Lifeguarding experience required
- Lifeguarding Certification is required – we offer certification classes
Key Accountabilities
- Lead other Lifeguards at the pool
- Ensure the pool is running smoothly
- Handle scheduling
- Manage the lifeguards' performance
- Generally, Pool Managers also lifeguard at their pool
