About the role
Praktikant Real Estate
Support our Real Estate team in Hamburg for at least 3 months as a Real Estate Intern. Your role in the team will provide you with an insight into the exciting world of a private bank and you will support colleagues in all Real Estate areas.
Which tasks do you expect?
- Participation in the due diligence process of sales and purchases (e.g. through property, location and tenant analyses, participation in property inspections, evaluation of external due diligence reports, preparation of purchase calculations and board presentations)
- Support in the active strategic and operational management to achieve portfolio goals (e.g. with processes for strategic performance development, leasing activities, building monitoring and reporting)
- Support in the implementation and follow-up of fund strategies as well as the consolidation and analysis of different data and information, participation in the periodic reporting and in the creation of business reports and annual reports
- Participation in the active approach of potential investors, creation of strategic marketing and sales documents as well as evaluation and analysis of current activities
Required Skills
- Student of a real estate or business science course
- Training or first practical experience in a company is desirable
- Secure handling of the MS Office products
- Fluent German and good English skills
- Engaged, independent and self-responsible working style
- Good analytical skills, quick understanding, communication skills and team orientation
