Open Unpaid Internship Role
Electro is a functional electrolyte chewing gum scaling fast across athletes, creators, and ambassadors nationwide. We work with college athletes, pro players in the NBA and NFL, and a growing network of TikTok creators and affiliates pushing the brand. To be clear up front, this internship is unpaid. We're bringing on an intern to handle athlete relations and community management. You'll be the voice of our brand in athlete conversations and a key part of building our ambassador network.
Requirements
- Quick learner who can pick up internal tools and systems fast.
- Comfortable doing cold outreach to creators, athletes, or affiliates.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working in a remote startup environment.
- Comfortable with Instagram DMs and basic CRM tools.
Day to Day
- Build outreach lists of TikTok creators in sports, fitness, lifestyle, and wellness niches.
- Qualify inbound creator and affiliate applications and route the strong ones to the team.
- Track creator and affiliate outreach in our CRM with clean notes and follow-ups.
- Help onboard new athlete ambassadors into the program.
- Flag unique requests or issues to the founding team quickly.
- Recruit new affiliates into our ambassador program and walk them through onboarding.
- Send personalized DMs and emails to creators and influencers to pitch partnerships.
