Position Responsibilities
- Recommend new products based on customer and competitor insights, collaborating with fellow interns to present recommendations to leadership.
- Review customer feedback regarding product quality, product information and creative design for opportunities to enhance customer experience.
- Analyze return reports to identify opportunities to reduce return percentages.
- Help prepare catalog layouts, photos and copy for new product additions.
- Assist with catalog pagination and layout for mini catalogs and pamphlets.
Minimum Requirements
- This full-time, 12-week internship is open to Junior-status college students only.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, with some experience with Access and Excel a plus.
- Strong communication, organizational and collaboration skills with a strong work ethic and eagerness to learn.
