Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Program Intern to join our service navigation team. This paid internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in disability sector service navigation, program development, and team management within a vibrant learning environment. As a Program Intern, you will support the planning, coordination, and execution of neuro-inclusive programs designed to foster student engagement and enhance learning outcomes.

This role is ideal for individuals passionate about education, childcare, and administrative excellence who are eager to develop their skills in a professional setting.

Responsibilities Assist in developing and implementing neuro-inclusive programs tailored to diverse student needs and age groups Support school administrative staff in daily operations, including scheduling, record-keeping, and communication with parents and staff Contribute to program evaluation by collecting feedback and preparing reports to improve future initiatives Collaborate with team members to organize educational activities, workshops, and events for students Use educational administrative software and productivity tools such as Microsoft Office to prepare materials and manage documentation Supervise student activities under the guidance of senior staff, ensuring a safe and engaging environment Participate in team meetings, contributing ideas for program enhancement and operational efficiency

Requirements Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from higher education programs related to education, child development, or administration Demonstrated experience or coursework in higher education teaching or early childhood education center settings Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with educational administrative software Previous experience in school administration or personnel management within an educational context is preferred Strong writing skills for report writing, communication materials, and documentation purposes Ability to work effectively with students of various ages and backgrounds in childcare or school environments Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently Prior experience in team leadership or staff supervision within an educational setting is a plus Join us as a Program Intern and be part of an inspiring team dedicated to shaping the future through innovative education programs.
