Why This Internship Stands Out
Most internships hand you busy work and call it experience. This one hands you real programs, direct mentorship from our CEO and Director of Community & Partnerships, and a front-row seat to how a growing nonprofit actually operates. At Americans 4 Equality, our programs change lives, and the people behind them learn how to run enrollment cycles, manage partnerships, and lead community outreach from day one, not after years of paying dues.
Interns in this role will be mentored by Erica Hoard, Director of Community & Partnerships, and Omer Qureshi, Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder, gaining exposure to enrollment cycles, partnership management, community outreach, and organizational strategy. Beyond A4E leadership, interns will also learn directly from industry professionals and guest speakers who bring outside expertise into the program.
