Job Summary
Simwon America is seeking a motivated Quality Control Intern to support our QC team at our Lathrop, California facility. You will assist with inspection data entry, document organization, and audit preparation tasks that help our quality department maintain high standards. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist with data entry for inspection results and quality records
- Organize and file quality documents, control plans, and inspection reports
- Help prepare materials for quality meetings and customer audits
- Track non-conformance reports (NCRs) and corrective action status
- Support calibration log maintenance and equipment tracking
- Help prepare quality performance charts and trend summaries
- Perform other ad-hoc administrative and support tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a college or university (Quality Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field is a plus)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to handle repetitive tasks accurately and efficiently
- Good communication skills in English; Spanish and/or Korean language ability is a plus
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
