Location: Laurel The Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory (APL) invites PhD candidates in physics or nuclear engineering to join a multidisciplinary team focused on sensor design and radiation interactions with matter. You will work with physicists, engineers, and chemists to design detectors for screening and nuclear emergencies, and to analyze data from experiments.
