1904 Group, one of the fastest growing apartment developers in the City of St. Louis, seeks a motivated Intern for the Fall & Winter 2026-2027. In this role, you will be crucial in maintaining high occupancy levels while gaining valuable insights into Property Investment and Management strategies.
Ideal Candidate
- Is highly organized
- Has an ownership mindset with top-notch communication skills
- Can work independently and prioritize shifting responsibilities
- Is enrolled in a degree program at an accredited college or university (Prefer 3rd-4th year students or Recent Graduates)
- Maintains a minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA
- Has interest in Real Estate and/or Business/Marketing
- Can work 15-40 hours per week including some weekends
Bonus Qualifications
- Have sales experience
- Finance/Business Major or Similar
