Real Estate Operations Intern

We are seeking a Part-Time Operations and Marketing Intern to support daily operations and lead generation at Sarah Cotty Real Estate | Serhant. (On Netflix with over $350M Sold) This hybrid role offers flexibility for remote work alongside in-office tasks in New York, NY. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and enthusiastic about luxury real estate, with an eye for detail and creativity.

Responsibilities include: Operations Support Organize and maintain property listings, client databases, and CRM systems. Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and property showings. Coordinate client follow-ups, feedback requests, and email communications.

Manage day-to-day operational tasks, ensuring deadlines are met efficiently. Analytics & Lead Gen Track performance, optimize spend, and report on ROI. Track and report on analytics for email campaigns and website traffic.

Create geo-targeted ads across Facebook, Instagram, and Google. Design and send targeted postcards to reach buyers and sellers directly. Digital Presence & Strategy Write SEO-friendly blog posts or articles for the website to increase organic traffic.

Ensure consistency in tone, visuals, and messaging across all platforms. Client Engagement Assist with the organization of in-person client events and community outreach efforts. Collect and analyze feedback from clients to improve services.

Brainstorm and execute unique ideas for building client loyalty and fostering long-term relationships. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in luxury real estate and operations while contributing to an ambitious and growing team.

Qualifications Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft applications. Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and manage competing priorities.

Strong communication and writing skills. Knowledge of the NYC luxury real estate market is a plus. Enthusiasm for working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates are pursuing or have completed a degree in Marketing, Real Estate, Communications, or a related field. Compensation: Opportunity for commission-based earnings for any lead generated through marketing efforts. Pay: $500.00 - $10,000.00 per month Work Location: Hybrid remote in New York, NY 10012
