Role
As a Relationship Referral Manager, you'll thrive in an independent, field-based role as the face of Hale Law in the community. You will work autonomously across six Gulf Coast territories: Tampa, Brandon, Sarasota, Bradenton, Lakewood Ranch, and Venice, showcasing your excellent communication and relationship-building skills with attorneys, medical providers, and community partners both in person and on the phone.
Key Accountabilities
- Self-motivation and follow-through are key
- Making regular in-person visits to referral partners
- Hosting events including CLE classes
- Running our Star Referral Program
- Keeping precise records of your outreach and relationships
Required Skills and Experience
- Experience in the healthcare or legal industry is strongly preferred
- Valid Florida driver's license required
- Reliable personal vehicle required (mileage reimbursement is provided)
