About the role
**Location** New York
**What You'll Do** Assist in design projects, research, prep for client pitches, talent meetings, tech beta testing, pilots, prototypes, admin and creative associated with the end-to-end production of weekly podcast episodes and video segments, social media, newsletter content; youll follow music, audio, podcast, digital video trends and organize/share with team, as appropriate; help with any and all aspects of growing the startup.
**Technical Basics** Must have experience with Google Suite; and its great if you also have experience with tools like Canva, Adobe Premiere, Descript, Riverside, etc.
**Reliable & Remote-Ready** You thrive in an asynchronous, remote environment. You dont need a manager hovering over you to hit a deadline.
**Curious & Scrappy** Youre okay with some amount of "startup chaos" and changing priorities. If you dont know how to do something, your first instinct is to find a tutorial and learn it. And to ask questions! Were here for them.
**Commitment** - Flexible. 4-8hrs/week - Ideally start in Aug and go for 3-4 months.
