Biotechnology Paid Internship Program
Are you looking for a paid internship with a biotechnology leader in sunny Orange County, California? Zymo Research is a globally established biotechnology company and industry leader in the fields of sample collection, epigenetics, microbiome analysis, and the emerging next-generation sequencing space. Our US headquarters (Research & Development) is in Irvine, CA, and our Operations facility is in Tustin, CA.
All paid internships are offered year-round. The Zymo Summer Professional Development Program is typically 10-12 weeks in length and is up to 29 hours per week commitments.

Paid Internship Program Requirements
- Applicant must be legally authorized to work in the US during the entire length of the internship.
- Applicant must have completed at least 1 year of university study with a current GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Sophomores and Juniors are welcome to apply, and Seniors and Graduates are preferred.
- Graduate applicant must be within 2 years of your last degree attained.
