They will learn the fundamentals of managing sponsored advertising campaigns across various retail media networks with opportunities to apply their skills in real business situations. The intern will work closely with the Retail Media team and contribute in meaningful ways to client success. In addition to professional development and team-building opportunities, the intern will also participate in a summer project designed to showcase their learning from the program.
Responsibilities - Learn Harvest Group systems and processes to support daily business needs - Monitor and optimize sponsored advertising campaigns on various retail media networks - Analyze campaign optimizations and experiments to identify trends and validate effectiveness - Support Digital Advertising Managers in preparing and delivering campaign results to clients - Participate in internal team meetings and external client discussions as requested - Participate in professional development opportunities - Complete an individual summer internship project to showcase learning from the program Desired
