Role
Registered Nurse (RGN) to look after residents in our care home, supporting their physical, psychological and social needs with compassionate, person-centred care.
Key Accountabilities
- Work with a multidisciplinary team to develop tailored care plans
- Perform safe medication administration
- Carry out risk assessments in line with DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines
- Maintain high standards of safety and dignity
