This is a paid, full-time summer internship for 2027. You will join our Risk Advisory team to gain hands-on experience in internal audit, compliance, and risk management. You will work alongside senior consultants to help our clients identify and manage business risks.
What you'll do
- Support internal audit, internal controls, compliance, and risk management consulting projects.
- Assist with risk assessments, project planning, and the execution of work plans.
- Help evaluate business processes and IT general controls.
- Identify and analyze technical issues, then provide recommendations to management.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
What you'll need
- Current enrollment at an accredited college or university in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- 0 to 1 year of relevant experience.
- A High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certificate.
Location & details
- This role is based in Columbia, Maryland.
- Work is performed on-site.
- The pay range for this position is $21 to $31 per hour.
