Role
The Risk Management Intern supports the organization's risk and quality initiatives by assisting with claims reporting, data tracking, and administrative coordination. This role provides hands-on experience in workers' compensation processes, property damage reporting, and operational risk monitoring while contributing to the preparation of reports and documentation for leadership.
Key Accountabilities
The intern will collaborate closely with the Risk Department and community teams, helping to ensure accurate, timely communication and compliance with company standards, while gaining practical exposure to risk management practices in a dynamic environment.
