**Job Types:** - Part-Time - Per Visit Pay
**Pay Type:** - $52 to $55 Hourly (not per visit/per diem)
**Location:** - Driving to patients' homes
**Service Coverage Area:** - Mission Viejo and surrounding area
**Essential Job Functions/Responsibilities:** - Visits patients to assess and evaluate patient's status. - Initiates the plan of care and makes revisions as needed. - Administers medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician. - Provides health care instructions to the patient & family. - Completes accurate clinical notes in electronic EHR. - Works in cooperation with the family/caregiver.
**Position Qualifications:** - CA RN License - CPR/BLS certification - CA Driver License - At least 1 year of Nursing Home Health Experience
