Role Description
This remote Sales Intern role offers hands-on experience supporting the agency's sales and client outreach activities. The intern will assist with identifying prospective clients, scheduling calls or virtual meetings, and following up on leads under the guidance of experienced sales teammates. Daily tasks may include maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, preparing quotes or basic insurance information, and supporting customer service interactions. The intern will participate in training sessions to learn product offerings, sales processes, and compliance standards, while contributing to a professional, client-centered experience. This is an internship role with opportunities to develop skills in sales, customer service, and insurance industry fundamentals.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills for interacting effectively with clients and teammates.
- Candidates should possess foundational Sales skills and an interest in developing Sales Management and Training capabilities.
- Candidates should demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Candidates should be comfortable using basic office software, online communication tools, and customer relationship management (CRM) systems or willing to learn.
- Candidates should have a genuine interest in the insurance or financial services industry; enrollment in a related degree program (e.g., business, finance, communications) or equivalent experience is beneficial.
