Your Role at Sephora
As a Seasonal Associate, you'll be responsible for providing an outstanding client experience by supporting both store operations and onstage service during peak business moments. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver Exceptional Service: Support the team in creating outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
- Support Daily Operations: Manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards.
- Assist with Visual Merchandising: Ensure the store reflects Sephora's brand through accurate promotional setups and event execution.
- Foster Inclusivity and Teamwork: Help promote a culture of openness where everyone feels empowered.
- Uphold Sephora Standards: Follow company policies and help create a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience.
Flexible Scheduling and Reliability
- Weekly hours may vary, with an expected schedule of 0–14 hours per week based on business needs.
- Must be available during peak retail operations including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Punctuality and consistent attendance are expected.
- Available to be scheduled Monday, October 5 through Sunday, January 10.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment preferred.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Quick learner with the ability to efficiently complete job tasks.
- Strong commitment to client service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team player with a goal-driven mindset.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
