Join Our Team as a Seasonal Meta Sales Specialist
Are you outgoing and passionate about technology? 2020 Companies, in partnership with Meta, is looking for a part-time Seasonal Meta Sales Specialist to work at Best Buy 665 in Burleson, TX. In this role, you’ll bring Meta’s latest innovations—like wearable AI and spatial computing—to life through engaging, hands-on demonstrations.
What You'll Do
You will be the face of Meta in a big-box retail environment, creating excitement around the brand. Your day-to-day will include proactively engaging shoppers, demonstrating smart tech and immersive experiences, and guiding customers from initial curiosity to confident purchase. You’ll build strong relationships with store associates and train them on new AI apps and product features. Keeping displays demo-ready and aligned with Meta’s brand standards is key, as is tracking your demo engagement and sales activity. You’ll stay current on product launches and software updates, ready to share the latest with every customer.
Schedule & Pay
This is a seasonal position running now through 1/3/27. You’ll work 20 hours per week, Friday through Sunday, with specific hours: Friday 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm, Saturday and Sunday 11:00 am – 7:00 pm. Additional shifts are added in November and December for key shopping days, and required holiday availability includes the day before Thanksgiving and two weekdays leading up to Christmas. Pay is $21 per hour, plus a Seasonal Completion Bonus contingent on attendance, performance, and meeting KPIs. You’ll also have access to weekly base pay with on-demand cashouts via Daily. Pay.
Who We're Looking For
We need someone with a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 6 months of experience in sales, electronics, retail, telecommunications, or marketing (preferred). An interest in technology, wearable AI, or virtual reality is a plus. You should be comfortable engaging with customers and confidently asking for the sale. Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills are essential, as is a customer-first mindset. You must be available to work weekends and at least three one-time weekday shifts. A smartphone equivalent to i. Phone 11 or Samsung S25 or newer is required. You’ll need your own reliable transportation. The role involves standing, walking, reaching, bending, and lifting up to 20 lbs., with accommodations available for disabilities.
