About the role
Responsibilities
- Assist in incident response and analyze data and information security technologies
- Ensure technology policies and procedures are monitored and documented
- Monitor networks for security breaches and investigate violations
- Prepare reports that document security events and possible damage
- Conduct vulnerability scans or penetration testing
- Investigate suspected phishing attempts and support security standards
Requirements
- High school diploma plus be working towards a higher education degree
- Knowledge of networking, storage, and systems architecture with basic troubleshooting skills is preferred
- Strong understanding of service delivery
- Excellent communications skills
- Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to prioritize tasks
- Physical ability to lift and use ladders, power equipment, and hand tools
