Duties
Assist staff team with administrative tasks (data entry/reconciliation, copying/ scanning, on-campus errands, etc.) Take initiative in seeking additional projects after completion of each project Other administrative tasks as needed Marketing and related tasks: Post updates and engaging information on social media platforms Support the weekly student newsletter “The Pulse” Create graphic images for the display screens in Shiley, events in Engage and social media Assist in welcoming guests to the office, including prospective students and families, potentially leading building tours and/or answering questions about UP Support Shiley and UP outreach events scheduled during evenings and weekends Interview faculty and students to create pieces for social media, SSOE and UP marketing, etc. Other relevant duties as assigned Minimum
Qualifications
Maintain a professional manner at all times Respect and protect confidentiality of SSOE information (including student/staff/faculty matters) Exhibit strong written and oral communication skills Detail oriented with strong critical thinking and effective problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
Fluency in use of software/programs including Microsoft Office Suite (primarily Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams) Physical
