Position: H2 Health SkillBridge Internship H2 Health Skill Bridge Internship Program For total list of available locations go to Eligibility This opportunity is exclusively available to active duty military members who are within the last 6 months (180 days) of their service contract and approved to participate in the DoD Skill Bridge Program. About H2 Health H2 Health is a fast-growing Outpatient Rehabilitation company serving communities across 11 states. Through our Skill Bridge program, we provide transitioning service members hands‑on experience and a pathway into civilian careers in healthcare, technology, marketing, and administration.
Available Tracks Technology Business Intelligence End User Support Marketing Admin — Social Media Marketing, Branding, Search Engine Optimization Physical Therapy Physical Therapist Tech Physical Therapist / Physical Therapist Assistant (licensure required) Occupational Therapy (licensure required) Speech Language Pathology (licensure required) Healthcare Administration Patient Coordinator Contact Center (Jacksonville, FL only) Billing / Credentialing (administrative) Community Outreach Specialist — a blend of marketing and account management Program Details No fixed schedule — hours and structure are tailored to the location and the service member's availability The majority of opportunities are in-person; remote options are extremely limited and available only in select cases Candidates should apply at least 6 weeks in advance of their desired start date, as placement confirmation and documentation processing require a minimum of 6 weeks Candidates will have the opportunity to connect with our recruiting team to ask questions throughout the interview process
