Position Overview
The Social Entrepreneurship Intern (SEI) will work with IYT's Co-Founder and CEO to develop and execute the CEO's priorities, including but not limited to designing programs, executing the strategic plan, and supporting the Capital Campaigns. This role provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in social entrepreneurship and business development while working on impactful projects to advance IYT's mission.
Key Responsibilities
- Creating new school partnerships.
- Designing, executing, and scaling new programs.
- Implementing and executing the strategic plan and participating in senior leadership discussions.
- Conducting market research.
- Networking with potential partners.
- Raising funds.
- Managing projects.
- Additional duties as assigned
Pay Rate
$16.90 per hour
Internship Timeline
Duration: 2 weeks from the start date.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm. 20 hours per week. Some weekends, evenings, and organization-wide events may be required.

Education
High School or GED equivalent is required. Undergraduate student in business, social entrepreneurship, or a related field is preferred
Experience
- Strong interest in social entrepreneurship.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
