Duties Assist in developing and executing social media content strategies across various platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok. Create compelling visual and written content using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite to enhance brand storytelling. Conduct social listening to monitor brand mentions, industry trends, and competitor activities using social media analytics tools.

Support in analyzing digital marketing performance through Google Analytics, web analytics, and media performance metrics to optimize campaigns. Collaborate with the PR team to support public relations initiatives and maintain positive brand relationships through effective communication. Assist in keyword research for content optimization and contribute to marketing online analytics reports that measure engagement and reach.

Requirements Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media or a related field. Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective best practices for content marketing. Proficiency in graphic design and media editing tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, or similar software.

Experience with social media management tools like Hootsuite or Buffer is highly desirable. Knowledge of SEO principles, social listening techniques, and digital marketing analytics is a plus. Excellent written communication skills with keen attention to proofreading and editing details.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects.
