Volunteer – Social Media Intern
Draft posts for Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook. Curate on‑brand content for each platform using relevant hashtags, trends, and marketing strategies.
Responsibilities
- Create monthly content and design for social media platforms that promote audience interaction and increase engagement and traffic to the BFT website.
- Manage the social media calendar, content, and messaging in support of Black Food Tour blogs, events, and services.
- Provide feedback, strategies, and ideas to promote brand awareness and engagement via social media platforms.

Compensation
This role is currently unpaid; a stipend of $10 per hour may be provided to interns on a monthly basis for successful completion of work.
Time Commitment
Remote and flexible work schedule – 4 to 6 hrs per month, including a monthly team meeting.
