Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Social Intern to join our *Dance Spirit* team. The ideal candidate will be a current student seeking college credit who has a strong passion for dance, and an interest in all things social media. This opportunity will offer a detailed look at content creation and social media in the dance world!
Responsibilities
- Conduct research on current social media trends in the dance space
- Brainstorm content for Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook, and more
- Create and edit short form videos
- Create captions for short form videos
- Post short form videos to Instagram and TikTok
- Conduct research on dance influencers
- Communicate with dance influencers on social media for a variety of projects
- Discuss results, metrics, and social media analytics with an eye toward audience growth
Intern Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program
- Strong interest in dance and familiarity with different dance styles, genres, and artists
- Excellent organizational skills
- Effective communication skills
- Proficiency in conducting online research
