Social Media Management Intern

About the Role

Sembroni Group is looking for a Social Media Management Intern to help grow our presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube. This intern will work closely with our President, Stephanie Davila, and her team, supporting day-to-day operations while leading content, outreach, and growth strategy across our social channels. This is a hands-on role for someone who wants real ownership over a brand's social media presence and the chance to see their ideas implemented directly.

Responsibilities

• Grow and manage company social media accounts across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube
• Develop and execute a content strategy and posting calendar
• Create original content — photo, video, and copy — for all platforms
• Handle outreach, engagement, and community management
• Support the President and her team with day-to-day tasks and priorities
• Manage and optimize paid social ad campaigns
• Track performance metrics and report on growth against goals
• Use ClickUp for task and project management, and GHL (GoHighLevel) CRM for lead and contact tracking

Qualifications

• Strong soft skills and excellent communication
• A proactive mindset — takes initiative and pushes ideas forward
• Creative thinker with a genuine passion for social media platforms
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, in-office environment
• Experience with ClickUp, GHL CRM, and/or social media ads is a plus
• Reliable and professional, available Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM in-office

Compensation & Growth

This is a paid internship with performance-based commission tied to milestones achieved (e.g., growth targets, campaign results, content performance). High performers will have the opportunity to grow within the company.
