Social Media & Marketing Intern Level Office Support

Position Overview

We are seeking a creative, organized, and motivated Social Media & Marketing Assistant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will help strengthen our online presence by creating social media content, supporting marketing campaigns, and interacting with our online community professionally and compassionately.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

• Create, schedule, and manage content across social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other channels
• Develop engaging, educational, and brand-aligned content related to fertility health and wellness
• Monitor social media engagement and respond to comments
• Stay up to date with current social media trends and recommend creative content ideas

Marketing Support

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, promotions, and outreach initiatives
• Track and analyze social media, advertising, and email campaign performance
• Provide recommendations for improving engagement, reach, and campaign effectiveness
• Collaborate with team members to maintain consistent branding and messaging

Qualifications

• Previous experience in social media management, marketing, or digital marketing preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
• Familiarity with Canva or similar graphic design and social media management tools is a plus
