Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Social Media Marketing Intern to join our team and support our growing digital presence. This role is ideal for a candidate who is highly proficient in navigating social media landscapes and possesses a strong interest in the operational side of marketing. You will play an essential part in our content distribution strategy, ensuring consistency across all platforms while maintaining the high-quality documentation and data tracking that drives our team forward.
Key Responsibilities
- Play a vital role in our online presence by assisting with the scheduling and publishing of content across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and other emerging platforms.
- Support the team by consistently updating and maintaining internal trackers, ensuring all campaign data and performance metrics are organized and up to date.
- Assist in the creation and organization of essential documentation, including meeting minutes, process guides, and project reports, to keep the team's workflow seamless.
- Help monitor social media trends and community interactions to ensure our content remains relevant and our pages stay optimized for growth.
- Work closely with the Customer Success team to ensure all administrative and creative tasks are completed accurately and on schedule.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) and their best practices.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
