About the Role
A&R Solar in Oregon is seeking a hands-on Solar Install Technician to join our field crew. You'll attach racking and PV modules on roofs and ground mounts, gain exposure to DC electrical systems and system design, and troubleshoot in real-world conditions.
Ideal Candidates
- Current electrical apprentices or those starting an electrical career
- Comfortable working at heights
- Able to complete project documentation while upholding OSHA safety standards
