Store Executive Intern (Store Leadership Intern)

About the role

This is a paid, full-time, 40-hour per week internship for Summer 2027. It offers a hands-on training program designed to prepare you for store leadership. You will gain a realistic preview of the Executive Team Leader role by working alongside store managers and team members to understand how the retail business functions.

What you'll do

• Spend time on the salesfloor and in the backroom leading team members.
• Work alongside your Executive Team Lead mentor to gain an understanding of their responsibilities.
• Deliver an exceptional guest experience by ensuring team members are knowledgeable and empowered.
• Plan daily goals and organize tasks within the building.
• Address team member concerns and remove hurdles to ensure smooth operations.
• Lead and present at daily huddles with your team.
• Review business reporting and guest insights to identify opportunities.

What you'll need

• A strong interest in working in retail management.
• Leadership skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Effective communication skills, including the ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices.
• Previous retail experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Capacity to learn and adapt to technology needs.

This role is on-site at various locations in Pennsylvania, including Philadelphia, Langhorne, Wayne, Wynnewood, Abington, Phoenixville, Bensalem, King of Prussia, Malvern, Warrington, North Wales, Plymouth Meeting, Doylestown, and Pottstown.
