Job Description Serve as Student Ambassador for Admissions and Financial Aid department on the Atlanta Campus. Under direct and indirect supervision, administratively support office functions, including but not limited to direct mail campaigns, data entry, field incoming calls, returning calls, and answering general questions from current and prospective students. Student Ambassador will also assist with Welcome Center visitors and walk-ins, give campus tours, and other office duties as assigned by supervisor.
Requirements Must be a current Mercer student in good standing and Federal Work Study eligible.
Preferred Qualifications Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Pay & Hours
Pay rate: $11.00 per hour. Scheduled Hours: 20 Timeline Start Date: 08/18/2025 End Date: 05/15/2026 Employment Eligibility Verification In adherence to the Immigration Control Act of 1986, all student employees must complete an Employment Eligibility Verification Form (I-9) and present documentation verifying citizenship or permanent residency. You will not be allowed to begin work until the I-9 form has been completed and properly certified.
The required documents include either a valid US Passport, certificate of US citizenship, alien registration card with photograph OR two of the following documents: a state driver's license, validated student , original social security card, birth certificate.
