This position is open to any Purdue University student who has an active Indiana Pharmacy Intern license in good standing. The student may not be simultaneously enrolled in the College of Pharmacy’s PHRM 822 (Patient Skills and Counseling) course during their employment.
Primary responsibilities will include filling prescriptions, answering phones, and selling prescriptions and over-the-counter medications to patients. Other responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, completing prescription transfers, administering immunizations, counseling patients, receiving the medication order, stocking shelves, and organizing and filing hard copy prescriptions.
