Purpose or role of the position within the organization (Basic Function and Scope of Responsibilities):

STUDENT WORKER ASSESSMENT TEAM PSYCHOLOGICAL SERVICES CENTER

Duties and Principal Responsibilities:

• Team Leader or Assistant Team Leader on Psychological Services Center Assessment Teams
• Coordinate testing assignments and timeline for administration, scoring, interpretation, and reports
• Review and provide feedback on test protocols and reports
• Meet with Assessment Team on a weekly basis (2 hours per week)
• Facilitate communication between Assessment Teams and Advanced Assessment Course
• Provide individual supervision for Assessment Team members
• Provide group inservice about testing procedures
• Consult with Testing Supervisor and Director of Psychological Services Center

Education Requirements: LIU student enrolled in an active degree program

Training, Skills, Knowledge, Experience: MA degree in clinical psychology or equivalent; Extensive experience in psychological testing and assessment; ideal candidate is enrolled in doctoral study in clinical psychology and is an advanced candidate

Rate of Pay: minimum hourly rate $17.00 HR
